JPS Kohli

JPS Kohli has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. JPS is the CEO of Skill-Up Technologies since December 2015, where they focus on team readiness. In 2020, they founded and became the Chairman of SkillUp Online. In 2021, they co-founded Kautak Learning LDA (SkillUp Europe). Additionally, JPS Kohli is an investor and advisor at Cirkled in since June 2017 and a partner at Good Times Restaurant, LLC since February 2016.

Previously, JPS Kohli was the Managing Partner at VMI Collective from April 2016 to December 2020, where they designed go-to-market strategies and enablement programs for companies. JPS also has a significant experience at Microsoft, where they held various roles such as Director of Online Training Product Management, Director of Planning & Development, Director of Courseware Development, and Group Manager of Microsoft Learning IDC. During their tenure at Microsoft, JPS Kohli launched Microsoft Official On-Demand training product, led global pricing and positioning strategies, and developed technical training content in multiple domains.

Prior to their time at Microsoft, JPS Kohli was the Founder Director of SME Business Services India Limited, where they developed the vision and business plan for the joint venture between MZI and the Punjab government. JPS also served as the President of Professional Services at Multiple Zones India Pvt. Ltd., where they owned the P&L for various businesses and established software and service delivery from India. Earlier in their career, JPS Kohli worked as the Vice President at Virtual Software & Training Pvt. Ltd., leading business development and project delivery for multimedia and eLearning solutions.

JPS Kohli attended Bishop Cotton School in Shimla from 1981 to 1989, where they completed their schooling. JPS then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Jalandhar Jobs, graduating in 1995.
