Katerina Crews

Katerina serves as Skillcapital’s Chief Operating Officer.

Previously, Katerina was Managing Director of Business Strategy & Transformation at SNH Capital Partners, a US-based middle-market private equity firm. She oversaw a core team that drove value by actively engaging SNH’s portfolio companies through a multi-phase operational excellence process both pre- and post-acquisition. Katerina directed and augmented SNH’s strategic capabilities through operational improvements, commercial analytics, business development, strategic procurement, information technology, and financial and organizational management.

Prior to joining SNH, Katerina spent over 16 years at McKinsey & Company, delivering organizational, strategic, and change management results across sales and marketing, digital transformation, product delivery, and client development.

Katerina received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California.
