Kimberly Zook

Kimberly Zook is a seasoned Senior Engagement Manager with extensive experience in project and client relationship management, currently at Skillcentrix since July 2025. Previously, Kimberly held similar roles at CrossVue and UKG, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-level client partnerships and delivering workforce management solutions. With a background in public sector projects at UKG and significant expertise in Oracle project management at BTRG, Kimberly has successfully managed multiple cloud implementations and system upgrades across various organizations. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Strategic Business and Executive Leadership from Penn State Smeal College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Moravian University.
