Cole Alpers is a mechanical engineer with experience in new product introduction and mechanical repairs. Currently serving as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Skilled Manufacturing, Inc. since January 2022, Cole previously worked as a Mechanic and CDL Instructor at Alpers Excavating Inc., where repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment were performed, along with implementing unique mechanical solutions. During a brief tenure as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Skidmore Pump, efficiency in plant operations was enhanced through the establishment of standardized documentation and updates to engineering records. Cole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern Michigan College.
