W Dodd Russell started their work experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Skilled Manufacturing, Inc. in 1997. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction. W Dodd also led and evaluated the work of other leaders and formulated and implemented the strategic plan for the business. In 1998, Russell became the President of Tribal Motorworks LLC until 2008. Additionally, they held the position of President at I & W Industries LLC from 1997 to 2005.
Dodd Russell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in PSY/SOC/BUS from Hope College, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Services Administration between 1991 and 1993.
