Melanie Galarza is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder of Colaborativo, LLC since September 2023, Melanie leads a mission to connect exceptional talent with extraordinary opportunities. Prior to this role, Melanie was a Corporate Recruiter at Renuity, where responsibilities included building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, managing recruitment processes across multiple departments, and ensuring successful placements. As a Recruitment Consultant from December 2018 to August 2022, Melanie focused on headhunting senior management roles and collaborating with clients to meet their recruitment needs.
