Soundous Ettayebi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Indigenous Programs at SkilledTradesBC, where efforts are focused on enhancing access to trades education for Indigenous communities. With a diverse background, Soundous co-founded Humanize Consulting to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and previously held the role of Manager, Development Diversity Strategy at the BC Cancer Foundation, where Soundous implemented policies for Indigenous inclusion. Soundous has also contributed significantly to STEM accessibility for Indigenous youth through various positions, including Manager of Indigenous Outreach at UBC Geering Up Engineering Outreach. Academic credentials include a Master of Management from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph.
