Nikhat then moved on to Wipro in 2021, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Talent Scout and Marketplace Executive at SkillGigs.com, an easy-to-use talent marketplace that uses expert-matching technology to pair healthcare professionals with personalized job openings.

From 2014 to 2016, Nikhat Sultana attended Professor G Ramreddy for Distance Education at Osmania University. Nikhat earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on commerce.
