Barbara Vidili

Barbara Vidili has a diverse work experience in the media and production industry. Barbara started their career as a Production Assistant at Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A. in 2005. Barbara then worked as a Production Assistant and Assistant Director at TELELOMBARDIA S.R.L. from 2005 to 2007. Barbara then joined Flying Film Production as a Junior Producer from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Barbara joined BlowUpFilm as a Producer and continued in this role until 2012. Barbara then served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Sodacoda Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. Barbara returned to BlowUpFilm as a Freelance Producer and Production Supervisor from 2013 to 2014, handling various projects including TV commercials for well-known brands.

Barbara's next role was at SkillGym, where they worked as the Head of Production from 2017. In this role, they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production processes for SkillGym's leadership soft skills development tool. Barbara also served as an Outsourcing Specialist and Media Production Coordinator for SkillGym from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Barbara joined Lifelike Interaction as the Head of Production. Lifelike develops immersive behavioral simulators using AI and IV technology. Barbara's role involved overseeing the production of these simulators and ensuring a realistic and dynamic simulation environment.

Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated strong project management, coordination, and client management skills. Their experience spans across various aspects of the production process, from pre-production to post-production, and they have worked with both creative agencies and production companies.

Barbara Vidili's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at IULM University. Barbara studied Broadcasting, Cinema, and multimedial production at this institution until 2007. In 2016, they attended Cooperativa Sociale Paideia to obtain a professional foundation in baking and pastry arts. Barbara completed a course titled "Le basi della pasticceria professionale" during this time.
