Dermot O'Connor is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as Co-founder, Chairman, and Co-CEO at Skillko since July 2017. Previously, O'Connor held the position of CEO at eDesk from January 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, O'Connor was the Global VP of Sitecore Learning Products & Services at Sitecore from March 2021 to January 2022, contributing to the transformation of the learning product business following the Boxever acquisition. As a co-founder and EVP at Boxever from September 2011 to March 2021, O'Connor played a key role in establishing world-class organizations in Customer Success, Engineering, and Product. Earlier experience includes leading technical delivery at Datalex and contributing as an Engineering Technical Lead at both Datalex and Salmat. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
