Skillman Foundation
Arnett Parham has been the Administrative Business Partner and Board Liaison at The Skillman Foundation since April 2004. Prior to that, served as an Executive Assistant at the same company. Earlier, served as a Mayoral Assistant at the City of Detroit from 1994 to 2004. Education includes attending Wayne State University and Osborn High School.

A voice for children since 1960, the Skillman Foundation is a private philanthropy with assets of nearly a half-billion dollars and annual grant budgets of $15-17 million. The Foundation supports quality educational and economic opportunities for Detroit children, and equitable civic action that champions the city’s youth.
