Simonne Searles MPA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and operations, holding various titles in different organizations such as Human Resources & Operations Officer, Human Resources Manager, and Board Treasurer. Simonne has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Currently, Simonne is with The Skillman Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to Detroit youth, where Simonne plays a crucial role in ensuring children achieve their highest aspirations.
