Carolyn Patterson brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple high-growth companies. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer for Tutor Operations and Support at Cambly Inc. since July 2024, Carolyn played a pivotal role in a significant company restructuring. Previously, Carolyn held the Chief Human Resources Officer position at Motive, where responsibilities included leading the global People team for a rapidly expanding organization. At SeatGeek, as Chief People Officer, Carolyn oversaw the transition to public company HR practices while building the global People Department.
