Akash Jadhav has been working in the Purchasing and Operations field since 2016. In 2016, they began their career as a Purchase Executive at Gholap Industry Satara, where they were responsible for PO Management, Vendor Development and Management, getting quotations from various suppliers, quality check, maintain supply and payment status, insuring correct quality of material is shifted at site safely and on time, communicating with management to develop strategy operations goals, maintaining the supply of material to make sure materials ordered in the adequate flow, coordination with accounts, logistics and sales term, and regular follow up with stores on daily basis to maintain minimum stock level.

In 2018, they moved to Sea Turtle Pvt Ltd, where they took on the role of Purchase Executive. Theirresponsibilities included handling Purchase and Procurement activities, and managing Inventory.

In 2020, Akash Jadhav began working as a Purchasing Executive at PERFECT INFRAENGINEERS LTD.

Currently, Akash Jadhav is employed as an Operation Executive at Grasper Global, where their duties include managing logistics schedule by coordinating with factory for production plans - issuing POs and following up for delivery due dates, analysis of production and logistics costing, calculation of supplier performance, supplier on-boarding and financial risk assessment activities, managing production and shipment schedule for key export buyers as well as doing Raw Material planning based on Demand, informing logistics partners in the appropriate format for transferring goods from X to Y, including international locations, conducting analysis of the spend, identifying saving opportunities, analyzing quotations received from suppliers, and purchase request to purchase order conversion.

Akash Jadhav completed their MBA in Materials Management and Supply Chain Management from Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Institute of Managemet Satara between 2015 and 2018.
