Previously, Yasen worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Dexter Energy Services, focusing on the development and maintenance of data and machine learning models for renewable energy forecasting. Yasen has also served as an Informatics tutor and demonstrator at The University of Edinburgh, providing support in applied machine learning, computer systems, and data analysis. Yasen's early career includes internships in data science and software development at Skyscanner, and work as a junior developer at Sumdog Ltd. Yasen holds a Master of Informatics in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh and has participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
