Tammicole Benefield

Tammicole Benefield is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at SkillPath Seminars since July 2015, where expertise is applied in creating strategic and innovative training solutions for a diverse clientele. Benefield previously served as the Director of Enrichment Services at Flourishing Families Ministry from August 2017 to 2019, overseeing programs and strategic plans. Prior to these roles, Benefield held several positions at Panera Bread from August 1998 to April 2015, including District Manager, Learning & Development Leader, Training General Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, operational logistics, and employee training and retention. Education was completed at Manhattan High School from 1989 to 1993.
