Mohamed El Baz

Mohamed El Baz is an experienced professional in the fields of training and recruitment, with significant leadership roles in various organizations. As Co-Founder of Plugin Talents since May 2020 and Managing Director at Skills Bank since May 2016, Mohamed oversees training management, content design, and training needs analysis. Additionally, Mohamed founded Arab Recruiters in November 2018 to assist companies in hiring through extensive global networks. Previous experience includes co-founding Surge Consulting and serving as Recruitment Manager at Skills International, where notable achievements include recruiting over 3,000 professionals across the GCC. Mohamed holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Modern Academy.
