Alannah Downie

Alannah Downie has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an HR Assistant and previously in roles including OD Assistant and HR OD Intern at Skills Development Scotland since January 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Telephone Interviewer at Hudson in 2016 and as an Assistant at Bonmarche, where customer needs and sales maximization were prioritized. Alannah's career began at Semichem, where rapid progression from Sales Assistant to Deputy Manager occurred within five years. Alannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of Scotland and an HNC in Human Resources Management from Glasgow City College.
