Damien Yeates has held multiple Chief Executive roles throughout their work experience. Damien served as Chief Executive at Skills Development Scotland, where they focused on building relationships between education and industry and promoting the importance of apprenticeships. Before that, they were Chief Executive at the Scottish University for Industry, and prior to that at the Govan Initiative Ltd.
Damien Yeates earned their Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Dublin City University between 1984 and 1988. During this time, they focused on international marketing, business policy, and economics. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Strathclyde from 1992 to 1995. Their studies there encompassed the fields of strategy and international management.
