Jennifer Rebecca Smith

Jennifer Rebecca Smith is an experienced Education Executive and Careers Adviser at Skills Development Scotland, where responsibilities include coaching pupils in Career Management Skills and serving as a Continuous Improvement Group Member and Equalities Champion. Prior to this role, Jennifer held mentoring positions at Advanced Higher Hub, Caledonian Club, and Routes for All, focusing on student support projects that enhance career research and transition to higher education. Jennifer has also gained experience in library support at Glasgow Caledonian University and performed with the Connect Chorus at Scottish Opera. Jennifer holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Career Guidance and Development from the University of the West of Scotland and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
