Shona Cruickshank

Shona Cruickshank has extensive experience in data management and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Data Services Executive at Skills Development Scotland since October 2015, Shona is responsible for managing the customer database in Microsoft Dynamics, supporting staff with system usage, and maintaining user assistance materials. Prior to this role, Shona progressed from Sales Assistant to Supervisor at Ted Baker, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and held the position of Sales Assistant/Key Holder at La Senza, where responsibilities included customer service and inventory management. Shona holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BA in Politics from the University of Strathclyde.
