Ben Weinlick is the Executive Director of Skills Society since February 2004. Ben also holds the position of Senior Manager of Community Supports, Research, and Social Innovation within the organization. In addition, Ben is the Founder of Think Jar Collective and serves as a Consultant and Speaker. Ben is also the Co-Founder of MyCompass Planning and works as a Coach/Consultant at Innoweave. Ben is a Columnist for The Creativity Post and a Board Member of Make Something Edmonton. Ben has experience as a Sessional Instructor at Grant MacEwan University and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
