Mike Knapp

Mike Knapp is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of SkillSmart, a social impact technology company. Prior to SkillSmart, Mike served as the CEO of Orion Ventures LLC, providing strategic guidance for various sectors. Mike also served as a Councilmember for Montgomery County Council, representing Maryland's largest jurisdiction. With a background in business development, government relations, and program development, Mike has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Celera Genomics, U.S. Army Reserve, and The Institute for Genomic Research. Mike holds a BA in Economics and Government from William & Mary.
