Bridget Randall

Bridget Randall is a Senior Project Manager for Talent Development at Skillsoft, where responsibilities include leading the Women’s Initiative for Networking Success and co-founding Skillsoft Connect since January 2021. With extensive experience in volunteer leadership, Bridget served as Past President, President, President Elect, and Program Director for the ATD San Diego Chapter from January 2018 to January 2024, focusing on professional development workshops for talent and organizational development professionals. Previous roles include Senior Learning & Development Consultant at LPL Financial, where enterprise-wide training was facilitated for over 4,000 employees, and positions at California State University San Marcos, RDM Management Group, Linfield Christian School, and Christian Unified Schools as a Learning and Development Professional and Career Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, a Master's in International & Cross-Cultural Communication from Hope International University, and completion of a course in e-Learning Instructional Design from the University of California, Irvine.
