Cevin Owens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and learning strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director of Talent Strategy & Transformation at Skillsoft since July 2025, Cevin has previously held key roles including Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business School from January 2019 to July 2025, and Senior Learning Solutions Expert at McKinsey & Company from May 2017 to April 2019. Cevin's background also includes a significant tenure as Global Learning Director - Europe at ACS XEROX Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing learning operations and strategies across Europe and Australia/New Zealand.
