Dominika Pogorzelska-Bogusz is a seasoned executive and team coach with extensive experience in leadership development and HR advisory. Serving as the Business Owner of Growth Garden since March 2017, Dominika specializes in various coaching methodologies, including leadership, team, and change coaching, as well as offering mentorship and coaching supervision.
