Jess Kadar

Jess Kadar is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager for Skills Measurement at Skillsoft since July 2025, Kadar previously held positions including Advisor and Co-Founder/CPO at Huddle Modern Pediatrics, and Senior Product Director at Pluralsight, focusing on next-generation learning experiences and assessment platforms. Kadar's career also includes impactful roles at CarePort, Iora Health, and Pearson, where significant contributions were made to improve healthcare experiences and educational platforms. Additionally, Kadar has a strong foundation in creative direction and user experience design from earlier roles at Veritas Medicine and as a freelance interaction designer. Kadar holds a BA in Theatre from Cornell University and an MFA in Visual and Performing Arts from Penn State University, complemented by coursework at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
