Lisa Foote, PCC, NBC-HWC, CPA, is an accomplished executive leadership coach with extensive experience in both coaching and strategic management. Since September 2019, Lisa has operated Lisa Foote Consulting, focusing on holistic and evidence-based coaching for transformative growth. Concurrently, Lisa serves as an executive coach at Skillsoft and BetterUp. Prior to consulting, Lisa held multiple executive roles at BMO Capital Markets from 1998 to 2019, including Managing Director, leading various strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. Lisa's educational background includes an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, alongside an MBA in Financial Services from Dalhousie University and several other relevant qualifications in accounting and mindfulness.
