Wendy Edelstein

Wendy Edelstein, PCC, currently serves as a Talent Management Consultant and Executive Coach at Right Management, where expertise includes executive coaching and assessment feedback. As the Founder and CEO of Changeover Coaching, LLC, Wendy coaches individuals to align with their purpose and values, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and achieve their goals. Additional roles include Leadership Coach at Skillsoft, where Wendy supports new and established leaders in developing their capabilities, and Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, providing evidence-based coaching for emerging executives. Previous experience as a Career Coach at HUDSON GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED and Career Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison includes 1:1 coaching for displaced professionals. Wendy holds a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. in Educational/Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Co-Active Training Institute.
