Heinz Neeser

Heinz has over 40 years of experience in the production industries.

Heinz started his career with an apprenticeship as a mechanic at Rieter Machine Works, Winterthur, from 1971 to 1975. He then worked as a machinist on a cotton plantation in Israel before joining a construction equipment company. From 1978 to 1982, Heinz headed the production department of the Swiss precision equipment manufacturer, Jossi Präzisionsmechanik. Having re-joined Rieter as head of the repair department, Heinz worked as plant engineer and later as the plant manager of Rieter Corporation, Aiken SC, USA. Back in Switzerland, Heinz headed the machining production at Rieter headquarters from 1991 to 1994.

In 1994, Heinz founded his own company, Netech Neeser Technik AG in Winterthur and took over Rieter’s repair and maintenance department as well as Rieter’s prototype manufacturing. Netech Neeser Technik AG provides industrial maintenance solutions for the production and processing industry including the manufacturing industry, food industries and other production companies.

Heinz holds an advanced Federal Diploma in production engineering. He also holds a Federal Diploma as Vocational Instructor permitting him to train own apprentices at Netech Neeser Technik AG.
