Elissa Salas, currently the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at SkillUp Coalition, previously served as the Chief Executive Officer at College Track. During their time at College Track, Elissa expanded the organization's reach to 12 centers nationwide. Elissa also held various roles at organizations such as Pahara Institute, Girls Athletic Leadership School, and District of Columbia Public Schools, where Elissa demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
