Abhishek Sakhaparia

Abhishek Sakhaparia is an experienced professional currently serving as AVP at Skillventory, a leading talent research firm, since September 2014. In this role, Abhishek engages in consulting clients on candidate suitability and oversees various aspects of the recruitment process. Previous positions include Manager, where responsibilities included guiding consultants in sourcing candidates and enhancing candidate experiences, and Sr. Consultant/Headhunter, focused on understanding profiles and matching candidates to client cultures.
