The Management Team at Skillventory is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the recruitment consultancy operations across multiple locations in India. This includes strategizing and implementing efficient hiring processes, managing client relationships, ensuring the fulfillment of manpower requirements, and guiding the team's efforts in executive search, recruitment, HR automation, consulting, outsourcing, and training. The team also ensures that the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services are handled smoothly from sourcing candidates to their final joining on behalf of the clients.
