Currently serving as the Vice President at Dream11, Deepti previously held significant roles, including Associate Vice President HR at the same company, and Director HR at Freshworks, where they drove talent engagement and implemented HR automation tools. Deepti's expertise spans leading HR transformations, performance frameworks, and building high-performance cultures that promote innovation and growth. They hold a PGDM in HR from Alliance University and a B.Com (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University.
