Alastair's earlier experience includes administrative roles at Queen Mary University of London, managing applicant assessments, student absences, and event organization, as well as serving as a Laboratory Assistant, conducting zebrafish experiments and contributing to a public exhibit. Alastair holds a Master's degree in Brain & Cognitive Science from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 2017, and attended Queen Mary University of London from 2008 to 2012.
