Aaron Szczepaniec

Aaron Szczepaniec has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aaron most recently worked at Skimmer as a Senior QA Engineer starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Paylocity as a Software Test Engineer from November 2018 to December 2022. Aaron also worked at Solera, Inc. as a Software Developer from September 2017 to October 2018 and at AutoPoint, a Solera Company, as a Test Automation Engineer from October 2016 to August 2017. Before that, they were a Software QA Engineer I at MasterControl from May 2015 to October 2016. Aaron also has experience in the music industry, serving in various roles in the US Army as a Senior Musician, Supervisor/Senior Musician, and Musician from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they participated in the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy as a student from August 2014 to December 2014, where they received training in IT job skills. Aaron began their career at FedEx Express as a Courier from September 2006 to July 2008.

Aaron Szczepaniec has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Berklee College of Music where they pursued a Professional Certificate in Guitar Performance. From 2008 to 2009, they enrolled in the Navy School of Music Basic Course, focusing on music performance and theory. In 2009, they completed the Warrior Leader Course, which emphasized leadership skills. In 2014, they attended the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy, studying computer software engineering. During this time, they obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including MTA 98-361: Software Development Fundamentals, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MTA 98-379: Software Testing Fundamentals, and MCP 70-483: Programming in C#.
