Paul Hillen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in marketing and internships in various companies. Paul is currently the VP of Performance Marketing at SKIMS, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tommy John, where they held several roles including Sr. Director of Marketing, Director of Growth Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Acquisition Marketing Manager. Before joining Tommy John, they worked as a Marketing Associate at Handy HQ from June 2015 to March 2017. Paul also has internships experience at Rough Draft Ventures, /superdigital, Box, Square, Periscope, and What Really Works.
Paul Hillen studied Marketing and Information Systems at Boston College Carroll School of Management. In July 2021, they obtained a certification as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist from Section4.
