Amie G. is a People Lead with a strong background in talent acquisition and human-centered people practices, specializing in the creation of inclusive employee experiences. They currently serve as the People Lead at Skin Analytics, where they focus on enhancing the employee lifecycle through strategic initiatives in performance, learning, and culture. Amie has previously held roles such as Senior Internal Talent Partner and Talent Enablement Manager at Troi, as well as Tech Recruiter and Head of Talent in various technology firms. They earned a BA (Hons) in Fashion Journalism from the University for the Creative Arts and are a member of the HIGHER Community, a network of talent acquisition leaders.
