Laura Hill

Laura Hill is an experienced commercial leader with a diverse background in luxury retail and sales management. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Skin Design London since January 2024, Laura previously held key positions, including Head of Sales at Avant Arte and Hard Luxury Global Sales & Special Projects Manager at NET-A-PORTER. Additional experience includes roles at La Mer, Creme de la Mer, Ralph Lauren, and Harrods, where Laura developed strong skills in team leadership, customer relations, and strategic sales initiatives. Laura's career began with a role as a Fundraising Assistant at The Horse Trust, followed by a Project Coordinator position at Buckinghamshire County Council.
