Janine Morgan

Janine Morgan is an accomplished data and analytics professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Skin Laundry since November 2021, Janine previously worked at Bain & Company from September 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for data scientists and managing a large team in the Advanced Analytics Group. Prior experience includes consulting in statistics and data science at Answers Research and Gallup, where Janine utilized advanced statistical methods for major technology firms and linked business performance measures to customer engagement. An educator at the high school level for over a decade, Janine also contributed to the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games as Workforce Operations Manager. Janine holds a Master of Science in Statistics from UCLA, a Single Subject Mathematics Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Riverside.
