Melissa Phelan

Melissa Phelan is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Currently serving as SVP of People at Skin Laundry since May 2022, Melissa previously held the role of Director of People at Fair.com and has a strong background from Orora Packaging Solutions, where Melissa was Head of People Operations. With earlier positions at Arizona State University and Ball State University, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge in employee experience, process improvement, and strategic leadership initiatives. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Robert Morris University, alongside participation in the Women in Leadership at Orora leadership program.
