Ruchi Gupta

Ruchi Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and beauty tech industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Resident Intern at Chhatrapati Shivaji Subharti Hospital, where they assisted senior consultants and participated in a live project on organ donation. Ruchi later served as a Junior Resident at Dr. Hedgewar Aarogya Sansthan, handling an independent outpatient department.

In 2012, Ruchi became a self-employed General Physician before transitioning to a role as a Doctor (Cosmetic Aesthetician) at La belle Bodycare in 2014. During their time there, they contributed to significant monthly revenue and collaborated with multiple teams.

Ruchi also founded their own skin and hair consultation clinic called CosmoQuery in 2014, where they acquired industry insights and grew a strong clientele. Ruchi further expanded their entrepreneurial pursuits by co-founding two beauty tech companies. SkinMinds, established in 2020, offers personalized skin, hair, and aesthetic care through AI diagnosis and dermatology expertise. VirtualDerma, also founded in 2020, focuses on artificial intelligence-based tele dermatology to provide personalized skincare and aesthetic procedures.

Additionally, Ruchi pursued an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where they worked on an industry consulting project for CASE-CNH Company, optimizing inventory and cost through value stream mapping.

Throughout their career, Ruchi has demonstrated expertise in dermatology, AI technology, healthcare management, and business development.

Ruchi Gupta's education history includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from Subharti Medical College in Meerut. Ruchi attended the college from 2004 to 2010. In 2019, they pursued an EPGP (One Year Full Time MBA), Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Indore. Ruchi also completed an Advanced Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management from SDA Bocconi in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Ruchi Gupta obtained Tableau 10 desktop training from Udemy in May 2020. In November 2019, they received the certifications for Advanced Strategic Corporate Management, Healthcare Data Models (from the University of California, Davis), and Healthcare Data Quality and Governance (from the University of California, Davis). Ruchi also obtained the certification for Advanced Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making from Jigsaw Academy in October 2019. Additionally, Ruchi Gupta completed a Competency Development Programme (CDP) on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG India in October 2019. Other certifications include Creating and Giving Business Presentations from LinkedIn in February 2019, Business Foundations Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2018, and Health Leadership from UNSW Australia (The University of New South Wales) in November 2015.
