Lita Erman

Lita Erman is an accomplished marketing professional with diverse experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing Chair for the Women's National Book Association since September 2024, Lita also holds the position of Marketing Manager at Skineez® Skincarewear® and works as a Social Media Marketing Specialist for Gatcha. Prior roles include Head of Sales and Marketing at ala, and positions in social media and events at Busboys and Poets, Funky Piece, and Wooden Journey. Lita's career began in sales roles, including an Inside Sales Representative at Constant Contact and a Lead Account Manager for The New England Team. Lita holds a High School Diploma from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, awarded in 2016.
