Gail Flamini

Gail Flamini has a long and varied work experience in the beauty industry. Gail began their career in 2010 as an Account Executive and Selling and Event Specialist for NV Perricone MD Ltd, where they directed sales initiatives in all 38 Sephora/Ulta stores and managed a freelance team. In 2011, they became a Makeup Artist for Hourglass Cosmetics, where they trained Sephora Cast Members on matters pertaining to new Hourglass products and makeup application. In 2012, they were a National Account Coordinator for Shinto Clinical, where they directed sales initiatives in all national Nordstrom stores and organized the company's first series of national Mega Events. In 2014, they were a Makeup Artist for Laura Geller Beauty, LLC, where they were a lead sales specialist for Atlanta market, including Ulta and Nordstrom, and trained Nordstrom Ad-Tech and Ulta Prestige Consultants on matters pertaining to new, core Laura Geller products and makeup application. Gail also became a Selling Specialist for Exuviance/Neo-Strada Skincare, where they were a lead sales specialist for Ulta Atlanta market and trained Ulta Prestige Consultants on matters pertaining to new Exuviance skincare, core products and application. In 2016, they were a Sales and Education Coordinator, Consultant, and Skincare Specialist for Murad, where they were a lead sales specialist for both national and international Sephora events and trained Atlanta Sephora Cast Members, Nordstrom Ad-Tech and Ulta Prestige Consultants on matters pertaining to Murad skincare, core products and application. Gail also became a Sales and Education Trainer (SET) for Tarte Cosmetics, where they were a lead sales specialist and product trainer for Atlanta market, including Sephora, Ulta and Macy's, and trained Sephora Cast, Ulta Prestige Consultants and Macy's Impulse Team on matters pertaining to new, core Tarte color, skincare and application. In 2017, they became a Fragrance Consultant for Bulgari, where they trained Dillard's Woman's and Men's Fragrance departments on matters pertaining to new fragrance launches and core fragrances and established lasting and effective working relationships with brand partners and store leadership. In 2021, they became a Regional Sales + Education Manager for Skinfix Inc. and a Services Manager for Ulta Beauty.

Gail Flamini began their educational journey in 1982 when they received a Diploma/Certificate from Empire Beauty School-Milwaukee in the field of Nail Technician/Specialist, Manicurist and Makeup Artist. Gail then attended Alverno College from 1984-1986, where they earned an Associate's degree in Medical and Laboratory Assisting. In 1995-1996, they received a Diploma/Certificate from Hennepin Technical College in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Lastly, they have attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee but has not yet earned a degree.
