Kara Canning

Kara Canning has over 20 years of work experience in various creative roles. Kara began their career in 1997 as a Graphic Designer at Adobe Systems. Kara then worked as a Web Designer at Karo Group, Inc. in 1998, a Designer/Web Manager at Vision Creative Inc. in 1999, and a Designer at Creative Loop in 2003. In 2013, they became the Relations at Unthinkable Inc., where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they began working at SweetSpot Labs as the VP of Creative & Community Management. Kara then moved to Skinfix Inc., where they held the roles of Chief Of Staff, VP of Creative & Social, and Creative Director until present.

Kara Canning attended Emily Carr University of Art and Design from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Visual Communication. In 1995, they took part in an Exchange Program at Istituto Europeo di Design, where they studied Design and Visual Communications, General.
