Victor Anastasiu is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in technology and real estate, serving as Founder and CEO of Adiem since January 2021, focusing on self-regulation through rhythmic intelligence. Co-founding SkinVision in 2011, Victor led the development of a global platform connecting over 3 million customers, doctors, and insurers for skin health optimization. As a technical co-founder at GAMBLEWISE LIMITED and a partner at Synapse Your Future, Victor collaborates within a diverse network. Victor co-founded Seedmoney Fund, Romania’s first early-stage investment fund for tech startups, and FACILITEC ROMANIA, where substantial real estate investment transactions were successfully closed. With a foundation in civil engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Victor's experience spans engineering to entrepreneurship.
