Shanjhanie Mohanrajh

Shanjhanie Mohanrajh has worked in various roles since 2016. Shanjhanie began their career as a Customer Service Executive at RR Donnelley, where they worked until 2018. Shanjhanie then moved on to WNS Global Services as an Operations Associate. In 2019, they joined Pizza Box as a Shift Supervisor, where they were promoted within a year of service and awarded as "Excellent Customer Star" in the Annual rewards and recognition event. Shanjhanie was also selected as "Employee of The Month" multiple times throughout their tenure. Her responsibilities included scheduling and directing staff in daily work assignments to maximize productivity, monitoring restaurant and taking appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards, and optimizing profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs on a daily basis. Shanjhanie is currently working as a Sales Coordinator at SkipCash since 2022.

Shanjhanie Mohanrajh is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA program at the University of West London, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed a Bsc.(hons) in Business Management from Northumbria University in 2019. Shanjhanie also completed a Graduate Diploma in Management from BMS in 2018. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Shanjhanie's educational background began in 2008, when they attended Hindu Ladies College, Colombo.
