Ian Jaffrey

Ian Jaffrey has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Ian is currently the co-founder and CEO of Skipp Renovation, a role they have held since May 2018. Prior to this, Ian was the co-founder and Head of Growth at Wade & Wendy, an AI for HR and recruiting company. During their time there from May 2015 to May 2018, they were responsible for various non-technical roles across product, operations, and growth/partnerships.

Before Wade & Wendy, Ian worked at American Express, where they held several leadership positions. From May 2013 to October 2015, they served as the Director of Digital Acquisition. Ian also led the Disruptive Innovation Lab as Director from December 2011 to May 2013, where they developed prototypes and implemented new products and infrastructure. Ian was the Director and Chief of Staff from August 2010 to January 2012, and prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Strategy and Product Management from April 2008 to August 2010.

Ian's earlier experiences include an internship as a Project Manager at Pulte Group Inc - Careers from June 2006 to October 2006, and a role as a Strategic Marketing Manager at CTM from February 2004 to July 2005. Ian began their career as a Consultant at Deloitte, where they worked from November 2001 to December 2003.

Ian Jaffrey pursued their education at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2005 to 2007, specializing in International Business.
