Paulo Roberto

Paulo Roberto has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paulo began their career as an Estagiário de Administração at Receita Federal do Brasil in 2015. Paulo then worked as an Auxiliar Administrativo at CIEE Pernambuco from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Grupo Aconchego - Hotéis, Turismo e Gastronomia as a Coordenador de RH/DP, where they were responsible for various HR and administrative tasks such as recruitment, training, performance analysis, and payroll management. In 2022, Paulo worked as a Tech Talent Sourcer at Skipp, participating in a group of recruiters for a technology company. Paulo conducted recruitment activities, including job description, candidate sourcing, and interviews. Currently, Paulo is employed at Ceo Plan as a Consultor de RH/DP. Additionally, they worked as a Gerente de RH at SaveCash from December 2022 to June 2023. Paulo's experience spans across HR, recruitment, administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Paulo Roberto has a diverse education history. Paulo started their educational journey in 2012 at OPVEST, where they completed their third year of high school in the field of Pedagogy.

After high school, Paulo pursued a Licenciatura in History from 2013 to 2016 at the Universidade de Pernambuco. Following this, they attended the Escola Tecnica Estadual Cicero Dias-Nave from 2016 to 2017, completing a Técnico degree in Administration.

In 2017, Paulo enrolled at UNISAMIGUEL, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Business Administration. While studying at UNISAMIGUEL, they also attended Anhanguera Educacional from 2019 to 2020, acquiring a Tecnologia degree in Human Resources Management.

Paulo continued their educational journey by pursuing various post-graduate programs. In 2021, they completed a post-graduate MBA Executivo degree in Human Resources Management at Faculdades Prominas. In the same year, they also enrolled at Centro Universitário UniFatecie, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, which they completed in 2022.

In 2022, Paulo undertook a post-graduate Lato Sensu - Especialização degree in Project Management at Faculdade de Minas, which they completed in 2023. Furthermore, in 2021, they started their Bachelor's degree in Law at Faculdade Santa Helena, which they are expected to complete in 2025.

Aside from formal education, Paulo obtained a certification in Técnicas de Entrevista para um Recrutamento de Sucesso from LinkedIn in November 2022.
