Lachlan Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product, production, operations, and impact, currently serving as Co-founder and GM at SKIPPER since January 2021, as well as Co-founder at Tirtyl, focused on promoting conscious consumption. Prior to these roles, Lachlan worked at Partners in Performance for six years as Manager and Practice Lead, achieving over USD$1.23 billion in EBITDA improvements for 22 clients. Additional roles include Operations Manager at Lion Co, Public Policy Secondee at Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council, Business Development QLD at The Oaktree Foundation, and Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at Aurizon. Lachlan holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, a Diploma in Nudging from INudgeYou in Denmark, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts from The University of Queensland. Education is complemented by foundational studies at Toowoomba Grammar School.
